What You’ll Do
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate and government clients
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing

What You Bring
3+ years in business development or sales (B2B, coaching sales or agency experience preferred)

BrightGirl Media is seeking a detail-oriented, deadline-driven proposal writer who knows how to turn RFP requirements into compelling, compliant, and winning bids. We work with clients across financial services, community impact, and marketing—and we’re looking for someone who understands the procurement process inside out.
What You’ll Do
Research, identify, and track relevant government and corporate RFP opportunities
Analyze RFPs to extract requirements, deadlines, and evaluation criteria
Write clear, persuasive, and compliant proposals that highlight our value
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather supporting documentation and case studies
Manage timelines to ensure all proposals are submitted on time
What You Bring
3+ years of experience writing successful proposals (government and corporate)
Deep understanding of the procurement lifecycle and compliance standards
Ability to translate technical requirements into compelling narratives
Excellent project management skills—deadlines are your superpower
Familiarity with proposal platforms, procurement databases, and RFP tracking tools
